  • We don't even have the most modest home, it's a barn. Looks like a nice barn from the outside, but a home on the inside. I don't care what folks think, they work two jobs to stay in their home. I go fishing in Cabo.

  • Buy a home that you can easily afford. My home isn't fancy, but I have a few acres in the woods and wouldn't trade with co-workers who spent 5X what I paid. A house isn't an investment or something to borrow against, it's a place to live.
